Exchange Due to Defective/Incorrect items
 

We try our best to send out the correct item and check each dress (for defects) before mailing it out. However, in the unlikely event that you received a defective/wrong item, we will provide a direct exchange. You can request for an exchange to be done within 7 working days after your purchase is mailed out by us.

Upon confirmation, LBB will arrange for pick up via registered postage/courier and redeliver the right item within 14 days. In the event that the right item is no longer in stock, Love Baby Bump will make a refund in full.

Please drop us an email (Subject: Exchange for Defective/incorrect item) at hello@lovebabybump.com and we will assist you with the exchange process and confirmation.

Note: Do kindly note that exchange will only be possible for item(s) in their original condition (unwashed & unworn). In the event that the return package pick up was unsuccessful, do kindly arrange to return the dress to us via registered postage.

Love Baby Bump is a really small business so we also seek your kind understanding that there will strictly be no return/exchange for any other reason (such as change of mind/dress design not to expectation/worn/damaged dresses). Thank you for your kind understanding and for respecting our policy. 

Love Baby Bump reserves all rights to exercise discretion in assessing all returns, exchanges and refunds.
